SMS terms
These terms apply to text messages sent through RoofCallback on behalf of a roofing company.
- Program: RoofCallback sends text messages on behalf of roofing companies to people who called or texted that company, to follow up on their roofing request (for example, asking about the problem, the property address, and a time for an inspection).
- How you get messages: only after you call or text a roofing company that uses RoofCallback. We do not send marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies by conversation, typically a few messages per request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resume.
- Reply HELP for help, or email supportgdl@roofcallback.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our privacy policy for how we handle your information. Mobile information is never shared for marketing.
Using RoofCallback (roofing companies)
- You agree to use RoofCallback only to respond to people who contacted your business, and not for unsolicited or marketing messages.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your business information, inspection windows, and replies you send through the lead board, and for following the laws that apply to your business.
- Keep your lead board link private. Anyone with it can see your leads; tell us right away if it's shared by mistake and we'll replace it.
- Service is month to month. You can cancel any time; fees already paid for the current month aren't refunded unless we agree otherwise.
- We work to keep RoofCallback available, but calls and texts depend on phone carriers and can be delayed or fail. RoofCallback is not an emergency service.
Limits
RoofCallback is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use RoofCallback means you accept the updated terms.
